As far as I can make out, the evenings will be long enough from the beginning of April to make it worth going out flying.
The first tuesday in April is the 7th, I will be there... anybody else likley to come along?

Can't do Tuesday evenings at present because I finish work very late. Planning to go on Weds instead (hope that's allowed). Wind looks better for that day too.

Provided there is no other Rougham event organised we can fly whenever we like.
http://www.skfc.co.uk/events/
However, in the interests of safety, please don't fly by yourself... it's a big place and passers by may not hear cries for help!
The guidance for "mid-week" flying should have been updated following the conclusion of the trial, but as I can't find it I guess it hasn't
It was something along the lines of (but don't quote me!):
| Quote: | To try to remove the need to get Committee clearance the following was suggested:
- Always 2 or more flyers must be present for safety.
- If acknowledged by a committee member then the meet will be classed as an organised event and club insurance will operate.
- If unacknowledged by a committee member then club insurance will NOT operate and personal insurance must be in operation. |

I might be able to come on some Wednesday evenings but I can't do Tuesdays.

Great! I will see you there Timothy, providing wind is ok.
And, bonus, it will now be classed as a "Club Flying Meet" and there will be someone to "hear my cries for help"! Should reassure Tim!...

What time are you thinking of getting there? I'm not sure if I will be able to come this evening or not.
