The Suffolk Kite Flyers was established in 1993 by a small band of kite enthusiasts and currently have over 200 members interested in all aspects of kiting. We hold regular flying meetings, workshops, talks, publish a newsletter and participate in displays at local events and stage what has become a fantastic Kite Festival at Rougham Airfield near Bury St Edmunds. Third party club insurance covers all members at club events, with flying meetings held at Rougham Airfield most Sundays, also Needham Lake and Barking Tye are two other venues where we hold regular flying meetings.
